Regional Director, RLS Operations – East

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take full responsibility for the regional P&L, which includes driving revenue growth, margin enhancement, cost management, and capital allocation across all designated pharmacy locations.

• Establish and implement the regional growth strategy, focusing on market expansion, new site development, capacity optimization, and prioritizing customer segments in alignment with enterprise goals.

• Collaborate closely with Pharmacy Managers, Sales, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and other teams to identify and pursue opportunities that enhance margin, throughput, and productivity.

• Ensure the consistent application of operational standards, workflows, and best practices throughout the region.

• Foster strong cross-functional relationships to proactively address challenges, eliminate obstacles, and support sustainable regional growth.

• Cultivate and lead a high-performing leadership pipeline across the region.

• Act as a key contributor to the enterprise operations strategy by providing insights into network design, evolving operating models, and planning for long-term growth.

• Influence and prioritize decisions regarding capital investments throughout the region.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred (in business, healthcare, operations, or a related field).

• Over 10 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, pharmacy operations, manufacturing, or similarly regulated environments.

• Proven track record of managing multi-site or regional operations with complete P&L responsibility.

• Demonstrated ability to drive business growth, enhance margins, and transform operations across distributed teams.

• Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in a highly controlled environment.

• Experience in developing leaders and creating internal and external talent pipelines.
