Regional Director – Professional Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of team performance across key metrics: billable utilization, customer outcomes, and financial results.

• Recruit, nurture, and retain a top-performing team of Managing Architects and Engagement Managers.

• Guide architects on deal and project strategies, collaborating with Engagement Managers to enhance process efficiency and hygiene.

• Manage and uphold outstanding relationships with subcontracting partners, ensuring awareness of capacity, capabilities, and addressing unique requirements to strengthen business ties.

• Recognize patterns in customer needs and project demands, providing insights to product, marketing, and enablement teams.

• Serve as the primary accountable individual for back office processes within your region, coordinating with internal stakeholders such as Finance, Operations, and Sales to guarantee the clarity and completion of every transaction.

• Build networks with leaders from prospects, customers, and partners.

• Work collaboratively across functions with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product on go-to-market strategies.

• Be an adaptive and proactive leader, anticipating and preparing for the ever-changing landscape of customer requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in SaaS, consulting, data, or other relevant fields.

• Proven history of surpassing performance targets as either an individual contributor or manager.

• Exceptional cross-functional collaborator, particularly with sales teams.

• Builder mentality — comfortable in environments where processes are still evolving.

• Clear and direct communicator who provides frequent feedback.

• Experience in implementing analytics or embedded analytics is a plus.

• A minimum of 3 years of team management experience is strongly preferred.

• Familiarity with dbt, Snowflake, or contemporary data stack tools is a plus.

• Previous experience at a high-growth Series B/C company is desirable.
