This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Foster the adoption of AssetMark’s Private Wealth offering by collaborating with financial advisors to create tailored investment portfolios and comprehensive wealth management strategies for high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients.
• Engage with advisors through face-to-face meetings, virtual presentations, and events to provide insights on investment and wealth solutions.
• Advocate for the Private Wealth program as a key offering while utilizing a consultative approach that also promotes the distribution of internally managed investment and wealth solutions available on the platform.
• Assist advisors in portfolio development and wealth strategy, including tax-aware investing and planning for HNW and UHNW clients.
• Collaborate with AssetMark sales teams (Client Solutions Group) to identify, cultivate, and progress opportunities within existing advisor relationships.
• Establish new advisor relationships through proactive external sales efforts while nurturing connections with current users of Private Wealth and AssetMark Wealth Solutions products and services.
• Own and implement a territory business plan aimed at forging strong relationships with financial advisors and driving growth across AssetMark Wealth Solutions offerings.
• Maintain an active and effectively managed pipeline of opportunities, tracking advancement through the sales cycle.
• Represent AssetMark Wealth Solutions at advisor events, conferences, and client meetings, delivering presentations in both individual and group environments.
• Collaborate with Wealth Solutions specialists, including Advanced Planning, Client Portfolio Managers (CPMs), and Investment Strategy teams, to provide integrated solutions tailored to the needs of advisors and clients.
• Offer market insights regarding advisor needs, competitive positioning, and product opportunities.
• 5–7+ years of experience in external sales, wholesaling, or advisor-facing roles within asset or wealth management.
• Proven experience selling investment solutions to financial advisors is required.
• Experience working with independent financial advisors (RIA and/or broker-dealer channels) is preferred.
• Familiarity with high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth client segments is preferred.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA, CFA, CFP, CAIA, or similar professional designation is preferred.
• FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or the ability to obtain) is required.
