Regional Director, Oncology Treatment Site Leads – West Region

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and nurture a high-performing team of diverse, customer-focused Treatment Site Leads (TSLs) to provide operational support across all designated treatment sites in their region.

• Supervise the implementation of onboarding and readiness activities for treatment sites, ensuring TSLs provide process-oriented training utilizing approved materials.

• Establish and uphold high standards of operational excellence throughout the region by monitoring on-the-ground execution.

• Facilitate smooth collaboration between Treatment Site Leads and cross-functional oncology field teams.

• Act as the main regional escalation point for operational issues related to treatment sites.

• Convert national treatment-site strategies and priorities into actionable regional execution plans.

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the operational requirements linked with individualized neoantigen therapy.

• Evaluate regional performance and site readiness metrics to guide coaching, resource distribution, and opportunities for continuous improvement.

• Cultivate a culture of accountability, learning, collaboration, and operational excellence within the TSL team.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in Sales/Account Management, Marketing, Managed Markets, or other field-based roles within the pharmaceutical sector.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a People Manager role overseeing customer-facing positions.

• At least 3 years of experience in developing and managing customer relationships.

• Proven ability to lead teams through uncertainty, drive execution across a region, and achieve results in complex and dynamic environments.

• Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Strong communication and coaching abilities.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Solid understanding of the healthcare ecosystem.

• A valid driver’s license is required.
