This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Deliver strategic, outbound, and proactive sales for a portfolio of six multi-branded hotels.
• Foster a sales-oriented culture among General Managers and Front Desk personnel through the sharing of best practices and peer coaching.
• Drive return on investment for hotel partners while meeting revenue targets within a condensed six-month sales cycle.
• Activate new accounts in local markets and enhance market share from existing clients through targeted prospecting.
• Conduct bi-weekly presentations on sales strategies via MS Teams for assigned hotels.
• Develop and maintain a sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM to manage accounts and expedite the sales cycle.
• Collaborate closely with the designated POD team to boost revenue across the hotel portfolio.
• Create exceptional client experiences, manage expectations, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Serve as a seamless extension of the hotel, representing clients with professionalism and integrity.
• Travel for in-market visits to strengthen and enhance client relationships.
• Report directly to the Executive Director of Sales Performance.
• A minimum of three consecutive years of hotel guestroom sales experience across all market segments.
• Preference for candidates with multi-property sales experience.
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business, expand market share, and meet revenue objectives.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel sales strategies, RFP processes, brand tools, account management, and hotel operations.
• Experience in building trusted relationships with hotel owners, General Managers, and important local accounts.
• Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM systems, Microsoft Office, AI tools, and sales technology.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Capability to manage priorities and deliver results in a remote, fast-paced working environment.
• Ability to work at a computer and engage in virtual meetings for prolonged periods.
• Must be a resident of the United States.
• Willingness to travel for client visits approximately 2-4 times a year.
• Position is home-based (remote) during client business hours.
