• Deliver strategic, outbound, and proactive sales for a portfolio comprising 6 multi-branded hotels.
• Foster a sales-oriented culture in collaboration with General Managers and Front Desk personnel.
• Responsible for maximizing ROI for hotel partners while meeting revenue targets.
• Activate new accounts within the local market to enhance market share.
• Present bi-weekly sales strategies via MS Teams.
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM.
• Manage client expectations while ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
• Willingness to travel for bimonthly visits to the market.
• A minimum of 3 consecutive years of experience in hotel guestroom sales, focusing on business transient, crew, and government segments in a select service hotel.
• Preferred experience of 2 years in a Dual or Area hotel sales position.
• Strong grasp of hotel systems, the RFP process, and brand resources.
• Proficient in effective communication and negotiation techniques.
• Documented success in meeting and surpassing sales goals.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with hotel clients and team members.
• General knowledge of hotel operations.
• Proven experience in utilizing a CRM system to manage the sales pipeline.
• Strong proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
• Competitive salary of $70,000 USD.
