Regional Director of Finance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• The Regional Director of Finance acts as a strategic financial resource for Hyatt's global hotel portfolio and Hotel Finance organization.

• This position collaborates with Hotel Directors of Finance, General Managers, Regional Functional Leaders, ownership groups, and corporate stakeholders to tackle intricate business challenges, enhance financial performance, boost operational efficiency, and support essential organizational priorities.

• Serving as a versatile resource across various regions and disciplines, this role is assigned to address high-priority business needs, which include hotel performance initiatives, financial integrity assessments, strategic projects, operational evaluations, organizational growth, process enhancements, and other initiatives as directed by Hotel Finance leadership.

• The position utilizes financial acumen, operational knowledge, and cross-functional teamwork to achieve sustainable business outcomes across Hyatt's portfolio.

• This role is accountable for advancing business objectives by offering support in areas such as Financial Integrity and Performance, Hotel Acquisitions, Analytics, and other special projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of progressive hotel finance experience (preferably with Hyatt).

• Previous experience as Director of Finance at a full-service, luxury, resort, or complex hotel.

• Proven track record of leading cross-functional business initiatives and influencing hotel performance.

• Experience encompasses communication with owners, budget preparation, and business collaboration with other key roles.

• Experience in multiple hotels across different countries (internationally) or states (within the US) across various brands.
