This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Manage preventive maintenance tasks across various building systems, including plumbing, air conditioning, kitchen equipment, and electrical systems.
• Evaluate performance and trends in maintenance operations to guarantee efficiency and effectiveness.
• Supervise due diligence, transition, and pre-development maintenance efforts for new properties.
• Establish a company-wide service standard platform.
• Negotiate national vendor contracts to secure service agreements and pricing.
• Oversee external maintenance and engineering consultants to ensure adherence to company standards.
• Manage guest-room repairs, encompassing minor plumbing, electrical, mechanical, painting, telephone, and cable repairs.
• Administer the systematic rooms preventive maintenance program to promote guest satisfaction and safety.
• Engage in formalized training and development opportunities.
• A degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management is required.
• Prior hotel experience is essential.
• Relevant technical certifications are preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite is necessary.
• Experience with Quore is preferred.
• Ability to travel as needed, up to 80% of the schedule.
• Final candidates must reside in the Eastern US due to travel obligations.
