Regional Director of Admissions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Lead and manage regional admissions operations to guarantee timely, efficient, and clinically suitable client placements throughout the care continuum.

• Organize admissions, transfers, and bed management activities while enhancing access to care and operational effectiveness.

• Collaborate with facility leaders, Central Admissions, clinical teams, transportation services, and external partners to refine admissions processes and improve client outcomes.

• Act as the regional expert in admissions operations, Medicaid Division responsibilities, bed management processes, and associated workflows.

• Design, implement, and assess regional operational plans, quality initiatives, and strategies for performance improvement.

• Track admissions metrics, operational performance, quality indicators, and client experience data to identify trends and suggest process enhancements.

• Ensure the precision of bed management systems, admissions documentation, and operational reporting.

• Facilitate change management initiatives by training, coaching, and consulting with staff and operational leaders across various departments and facilities.

• Manage transportation coordination to ensure timely client transitions and continuity of care.

• Must uphold discretion and maintain confidentiality regarding all company-related information.

• Complete all required trainings as specified by the company and relevant accreditation/licensing bodies.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a human services discipline.

• Experience in a health or human services agency preferred, particularly in a drug and alcohol context.

• Prior experience in utilization, case management, or bed management preferred.
