Regional Director – Northern MO, Southern MO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Oversee the recruitment and communication of volunteers.

• Organize and facilitate all NWTF committees and fundraising events/activities within the designated region.

• Strengthen and expand new fundraising opportunities by recruiting volunteers and providing personal leadership in the assigned territory.

• Ensure adherence to NWTF's established operating and reporting protocols for activities within their region and personal business scope.

• Keep accurate records of volunteer and chapter contact details in the NWTF database.

• Regularly communicate with DFO, National Headquarters personnel, Regional NWTF Conservation staff, Director of Development staff, State Policy staff, as well as Local Chapter volunteers and leaders.

• Collaborate with the State Chapter President, state agencies, and other NWTF staff to foster a robust State Chapter and State Super Fund.

• Act as a company representative to advocate for NWTF, its mission, and initiatives.

• Complete and submit all necessary documents, expenses, and reports punctually.

• Achieve Year over Year growth in event net revenue.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Management, or equivalent experience.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Outstanding interpersonal and customer service abilities.

• Strong sales and customer service expertise.

• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Proven time management abilities with a track record of meeting deadlines.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and occasionally stressful environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

• Must maintain a revenue net between $200,000 and $350,000.
