This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitates the growth of hotel development within a designated region by identifying, sourcing, and securing opportunities that enhance and expand the brand portfolio.
• Effectively manages the territory by attracting highly qualified new properties to the BWH brand family through the identification, research, development, and execution of impactful sales, marketing, and development strategies.
• Meets assigned quotas by efficiently managing unit growth.
• A minimum of 5 years of sales-related experience, including management-level roles, in proactive marketing within the hospitality, lending, or a related real estate sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Familiarity with hospitality, real estate, or franchise sales and development.
• Receives strategic guidance.
• A sales and growth-oriented achiever.
• Strong relational skills, both internally and externally to the organization.
