Regional Director – Merchandising Execution

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Accountable for overseeing the execution of Merchandising Services across a network of retail stores spanning over 10 districts.

• Directly supervises a team of District Execution Managers.

• Oversees and evaluates work, processes, and metrics, including safety, quality, and productivity through reporting, site visits, and customer feedback.

• Collaborates effectively with peers and other leaders across various functions to implement plans and achieve results in the region.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least eighteen years old.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Experience in the retail merchandising services industry or direct experience with large-scale retailers having multi-location oversight.

• Minimum of 7 years of work experience required.
