Regional Director – Majors

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Report directly to the RVP of the East within the Sales and Go-to-Market department.

• Lead and cultivate high-performing sales teams in the designated NY/NJ region.

• Enhance customer satisfaction and facilitate cloud transformation.

• Build trusted customer relationships and utilize expertise across go-to-market functions.

• Recruit, hire, and cultivate top-tier sales talent.

• Develop tailored growth plans for each sales representative.

• Coach and inspire the sales team to exceed targets.

• Identify and address customer challenges through Zscaler's value proposition.

• Operate as the general manager of the business and formulate a success plan.

• Provide accurate business forecasts on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.

• Sponsor key partners, develop collaborative plans, generate pipeline, and drive opportunities to successful closure.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent global qualification in a relevant field.

• 5–8+ years of direct sales leadership experience within the software/SaaS industry.

• Demonstrated history of consistently surpassing sales quotas and fostering revenue growth.

• Capability to recruit, hire, develop, coach, and motivate sales personnel.

• Proficiency in understanding and addressing customer challenges utilizing Zscaler's value proposition.

• Ability to craft business success plans and provide accurate forecasts on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.

• Skill in creating joint plans with key partners, generating pipeline, and driving opportunities to completion.

• Comfort in navigating ambiguity and dynamic settings.
