Regional Director – Majors

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Lead and develop high-achieving sales teams within the designated New England region.

• Enhance customer satisfaction and facilitate cloud transformation initiatives.

• Cultivate trustworthy relationships with customers and partners.

• Recruit, hire, and nurture top-tier sales talent.

• Formulate development plans for sales representatives.

• Coach and inspire the sales team to surpass performance targets.

• Identify and address customer challenges utilizing Zscaler’s value proposition.

• Operate as the general manager of the business and devise a success strategy.

• Provide accurate business forecasts on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.

• Serve as the executive sponsor for key partners.

• Develop joint partner strategies, create pipelines, and drive opportunities to closure.

• Report to the RVP of the East in Sales and Go-to-Market.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in a relevant field.

• 5–8+ years of direct sales leadership experience in the software/SaaS industry.

• Demonstrated success in consistently exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.

• Experience in recruiting, hiring, developing, coaching, and motivating sales professionals.

• Capability to create business success plans and accurately forecast on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.

• Proficiency in understanding and resolving customer pain points through Zscaler’s value proposition.

• Ability to act as an executive sponsor for key partners and drive opportunities to closure.

• Competence to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

• Strong collaboration, ownership, integrity, problem-solving skills, and a growth-oriented mindset.
