Regional Director – Loss Prevention

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the management, oversight, and strategic direction of the loss prevention, safety, and security team.

• Propose and implement initiatives to protect against theft, vandalism, sabotage, violence, and other potential threats.

• Ensure adherence to Federal, State, and local regulations and standards pertaining to security, hazardous materials, and fire safety.

• Direct the operations of a comprehensive security, safety, and loss prevention department.

• Supervise the installation, maintenance, and functioning of electronic security systems.

• Provide guidance and support to guarantee the testing of all life safety systems and ensure the training of necessary personnel.

• Establish and nurture professional relationships with local law enforcement and fire agencies.

• Evaluate and analyze loss trends as well as reporting programs.

• Implement and uphold effective programs, policies, and procedures.

• Ensure thorough investigation and review of all accidents and property claims.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in safety, occupational health, risk or industrial management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• At least five (5) years of professional experience in conducting loss prevention/risk control assessments.

• Previous experience in loss prevention, encompassing security technologies, risk management, safety, and human resource principles.

• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and aptitude for prioritizing projects and assignments.

• Prior experience auditing internal departments and procedures.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proven ability to foster positive interactions and make decisive judgments.

• Previous experience engaging with court systems, federal, and municipal agencies.

• Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and the Internet.

• Established record of successful cross-functional project management.
