Regional Director – Logistics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Accountable for spearheading logistics operations and services throughout North and South America.

• Directs regional logistics teams and facilitates the development, optimization, and execution of processes that support the shipment of clinical collection supplies.

• Oversees the performance of transportation partners, assessing service levels, pinpointing operational risks, and identifying opportunities for improvement.

• Works closely with customers and executive stakeholders to comprehend business requirements and create innovative logistics solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in the field of Economics or Business (an additional five years of Logistics and/or Transportation experience within the CRO industry may be considered in lieu of education).

• A minimum of five years of demonstrated experience in Logistics and/or Transportation within the CRO industry, or with a reputable international transportation company, or an international industrial firm with a history of managing a Logistics team.

• At least five years of prior leadership experience.

• Specialized training or certification in the supply chain and logistics domain.

• Five years of experience in clinical trial logistics.
