This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Cultivate strong relationships with franchisees by offering coaching, consultation, and actionable insights to enhance store sales and profitability.
• Perform business reviews to evaluate performance, pinpoint areas for improvement, and create customized action plans based on the unique needs of each franchisee.
• Work collaboratively with franchisees to boost store-level profitability through operational efficiency, exceptional guest service, and effective sales and marketing strategies.
• Ensure successful implementation of company initiatives, maintaining compliance with operational standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist underperforming locations by identifying challenges and collaborating with franchisees to formulate corrective action plans addressing sales, customer experience, and operational gaps.
• Support new store openings and transfers by coordinating pre- and post-launch activities with franchisees and corporate operations teams to ensure readiness and success.
• Share best practices across the regional franchise network, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Provide guidance to multi-unit franchisees on the operational infrastructure and support systems necessary for effective scaling.
• Collaborate with corporate cross-functional teams, including field marketing, to devise localized strategies that enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Regularly report on regional trends and performance metrics, offering insights and recommendations to leadership.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in franchise operations and regional management.
• Proven experience in leading and influencing both direct and indirect high-performing teams.
• Demonstrated success in achieving financial targets, operational excellence, and driving results within a franchise or multi-unit setting.
• Experience in analyzing P&L statements, recognizing financial opportunities, and providing strategic guidance to improve profitability and overall business success.
• Willingness to travel within the designated region as necessary.
• Proficient in using relevant software and tools.
