Regional Director, Enterprise Client Success

📋 Description

• Assesses the utilization of Synapse applications by our customers to ensure their satisfaction and effective use of our software’s full functionality.

• Collaborates closely with our Synapse implementation and upgrade teams to resolve any concerns that arise post-deployment.

• Works in partnership with MI regional sales leadership to evaluate the status of existing customer environments and, if necessary, drives the execution of an optimization action plan.

• Engages with customer users, system administrators, and leadership to gather their feedback and needs, assisting them in developing their own continuous optimization strategies.

• Builds strong relationships with key customer stakeholders to serve as a valued consultative resource.

• Through optimization and relationship-building efforts, fosters strong customer champions and references to facilitate further growth of Synapse in the market.

• Participates in facilitating and ensuring the success of sales activities within customer references.

• This position is crucial in collaborating with our strategic customer users and ensuring their feedback regarding product improvements, new features, and direction is relayed back to product leadership.

• Works closely with regional sales leadership and regional product specialists to promote the expansion of Synapse products within client sites.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Radiology or Cardiology technologist, a bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.

• Over 10 years of progressive leadership experience in radiology and/or cardiology business operations, specifically in informatics system clinical workflow design.

• Expertise in radiology information systems, radiology PACS, and/or cardiovascular PACS and reporting.

• Principal-level knowledge of the medical imaging and informatics industry, including core architecture technologies.
