This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Work closely with Customer Success Leadership and various cross-functional teams.
β’ Develop and organize learning paths, playbooks, and frameworks.
β’ Take charge of the onboarding process for Customer Success Managers and Implementation Specialists.
β’ Oversee enablement systems, ensuring resources are easily accessible.
β’ Evaluate the effectiveness of enablement programs and connect them to business outcomes.
β’ Background in Customer Success or similar fields.
β’ Strong knowledge of enablement strategies and principles.
β’ Capability to collaborate effectively with Customer Success leaders.
β’ Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and relevant tools.
β’ Demonstrated ability to assess program effectiveness and adapt based on data.
