This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Review and reconcile case records, contacts, intake forms, and activities within CiviCRM.
β’ Create, update, and maintain case records in accordance with ARC's documentation and case management protocols.
β’ Process and organize webform submissions, intake forms, and incoming requests efficiently.
β’ Identify duplicate records, data discrepancies, and documentation gaps, while supporting ongoing efforts to improve data quality.
β’ Ensure that demographic, geographic, and case-related information is accurately entered, coded, and maintained.
β’ Assist in case tracking, workflow management, and reporting processes within CiviCRM.
β’ Prepare data summaries, inventories, and workflow tracking reports to aid program management and decision-making.
β’ Highlight records that may necessitate staff review, additional documentation, follow-up, quality review, and document pertinent issues for ARC staff as needed.
β’ Collaborate with ARC staff and consultants to facilitate effective case management and information sharing.
β’ Uphold strict confidentiality, data protection, and information security standards when handling sensitive information.
β’ Undertake additional tasks as assigned.
β’ 1 to 3 years of experience with CiviCRM or another CRM, database, case management, or client management system.
β’ Strong preference for candidates with prior experience using CiviCRM in nonprofit, humanitarian, human rights, arts, refugee, migration, or social service fields.
β’ Proven experience in managing and cleaning large datasets, identifying duplicates, reconciling records across various sources, and maintaining CRM data integrity.
β’ Exceptional attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to process, review, reconcile, and accurately document large volumes of information while upholding high data quality standards.
β’ Experience in supporting case management, client management, humanitarian, human rights, refugee, legal aid, social services, or related programs.
β’ Strong understanding of workflow documentation, intake processes, eligibility tracking, referrals, and case progression within a CRM environment.
β’ Capability to independently audit records, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions with minimal supervision.
β’ Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
β’ Experience in producing operational dashboards, backlog inventories, and workflow tracking reports.
β’ Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
β’ Fluency in English is required; knowledge of French is an asset.
β’ This role is a temporary independent contractor consultancy and does not qualify for employee benefits.
