This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.
• Comprehend and promote customer success objectives.
• Track customer performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Provide assistance with billing, administration, and customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal teams globally to ensure uninterrupted service.
• Deliver timely, dependable, and precise information regarding products, services, and solutions to customers, while effectively communicating by adapting to the customer's pace and technical understanding.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong understanding of Customer Success and/or Account/Relationship Management.
• Previous experience with SAP, Salesforce, Gainsight, or similar CRM platforms is a plus.
• A robust customer-centric mindset.
• Demonstrated empathy and excellent listening abilities.
• Proficient communication skills in both English and Italian (spoken and written).
• A structured approach with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• A proactive “can-do” attitude in a dynamic work environment.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; college level education is preferred.
• Prior experience in BPO and Customer Success or Account Management roles is advantageous.
• A proven track record showcasing the skills and qualities mentioned in this document.
• Strong command of written and spoken English and Italian (speech, writing, reading, comprehension).
