📋 Description

• Oversee the recruitment, coaching, development, and retention of exceptional talent for Braeburn, ensuring accountability throughout the talent life cycle, which includes performance management, compensation assessments, and employee engagement.

• Provide training, motivation, and coaching to Account Managers regarding all aspects of job performance within a designated regional area, utilizing Braeburn-approved resources.

• Effectively implement field strategies and marketing plans to achieve or surpass regional and national business goals.

• Contribute to the formulation and execution of the national sales strategy and associated tactics.

• Aid in the creation and delivery of field infrastructure and training to support the strategic business plan.

• Formulate and present business plans through regular business reviews with members of the corporate leadership team.

• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the assigned region, encompassing care delivery, major payers, and public policy initiatives.

• Identify and tackle region-specific opportunities and challenges to ensure the company’s success.

• Review, analyze, and interpret field reports to ensure that quarterly and annual objectives are met.

• Promote compliant innovation in field practices and ensure effective cross-functional leadership and collaboration with all Braeburn partners, including market access, medical affairs, and government affairs.

• Create and implement an effective regional communication strategy.

• Plan and carry out regional sales initiatives.

• Exercise sound judgment and uphold integrity and compliance with company policies in all actions and communications.

• Manage all regional-level expenses.

• Participate in and/or lead special project teams as identified.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree (BS/BA); an advanced business degree is preferred.

• Over 12 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 7 years in sales and/or field market access within the biotech/specialty pharmaceutical/device sectors.

• Management experience of over 5 years in first-line sales and/or field market access.

• Proven track record of sales or field market access performance, demonstrated by market performance reports and recognition awards in specialty pharmacy markets.

• A strong history of successfully building field-based teams, along with coaching and developing field-based professionals.

• Comprehensive understanding of reimbursement and insurance coverage for physician-administered treatments.
