This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Lead and nurture a team of regional sales managers tasked with driving new business acquisition and fostering profitable network growth.

• Oversee the complete new-agent sales lifecycle—from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation, onboarding, and transition to account management.

• Ensure the team achieves or surpasses revenue and profitability goals.

• Define strategic direction, enhance sales execution, and utilize data-driven performance management to optimize productivity and ROI.

• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Operations, and Account Management to guarantee seamless agent activation, a strong market presence, and long-term partner success.

• Set clear goals, KPIs, and performance standards that align with company objectives.

• Monitor sales performance, provide continuous coaching, and implement improvement plans as necessary.

• Develop and execute territory strategies to enhance pipeline quality and target high-potential agent opportunities.

• Analyze market data, competitive trends, and demographic insights to identify and prioritize expansion opportunities.

• Create and present performance, pipeline, and market reports to emphasize risks, opportunities, and trends.

• Ensure disciplined management of the entire sales cycle, including accurate forecasting and high close rates.

• Lead contract negotiations to ensure profitability and compliance with company policies.

• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline onboarding, training, and implementation for new agents.

• Work closely with Account Management to facilitate a smooth handoff and strong early-stage retention.

• Partner with Marketing and Operations to enhance lead generation, accelerate activation, and improve the overall agent experience.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA is preferred.

• 10–15 years of progressive sales experience with a strong track record in new business development and territory expansion.

• 5–10 years of experience in sales leadership roles.

• Experience in the consumer financial services or money transfer industries is preferred.

• Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.

• Strong analytical skills with experience in evaluating sales data, market trends, and competitive landscapes.

• Demonstrated ability to lead, recruit, develop, and mentor high-performing sales teams.

• Proficient in CRM tools and the Microsoft Office Suite.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; capable of influencing clients and internal stakeholders effectively.

• Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.

• Bilingual and/or bicultural experience is highly preferred.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively across teams and departments.

• Strong understanding of financial products, market dynamics, and relevant regulatory requirements.
