
Regional Director – Bar Review

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Develops a territory-specific business strategy to enhance engagement (sales) and achieve the Company’s brand and product goals.
• Aids in field-related initiatives for bar review engagement, which includes focus groups and feedback activities with students and educational institutions, Company events, campus visits, industry conferences, and other external engagements.
• Produces designated content to facilitate academic and bar success.
• Establishes and sustains direct relationships with member schools (especially influencers and faculty/administrators involved with bar review and academic success), students and student groups, and other relevant organizations within the assigned region through regular in-person visits, phone calls, workshops, webinars, emails, and other written communications.
• Acts as the Company ambassador at industry conferences, trade shows, and other designated events.
• Recruits, trains, and supports student ambassadors.
• Provides direct assistance and mentoring to student users of the bar review program.
• Maintains records in the contact management system (CMS), including updated contact details, event tracking, and campaign participation.
• Keeps up-to-date knowledge of Company products and services and their applicability for various purposes and audiences.
• Offers insights and recommendations for new services and products that could benefit member schools and their students and recent graduates.
• Contributes to the development and quality assurance of new products, services, and communications for member schools and their students and recent alumni.
• Maintains a social media presence to promote the Company, support lead development and nurturing, and collaborate on other opportunities with marketing.
• Keeps the National Director informed of any significant issues.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
• J.D. required; must be licensed to practice law in at least one jurisdiction.
• 2+ years of experience in education, relationship-building, and/or sales-related roles; experience in a legal education setting is preferred.
• Strong comprehension of sales and relationship development.
• Solid understanding of product development and delivery.
• Proficient in brand building.
• Strong grasp of the bar exam process, including elements and strategies for success.
• Capability to initiate, advocate for, and successfully implement new products.
• Ability to remain informed about and understand higher education policies and issues, with a focus on law school and professional school environments.
• Thrives in an environment that anticipates change and promotes innovation.
• Exceptional attention to detail along with outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent writing, verbal communication, presentation, and critical thinking abilities.
• Collaborative mindset; capable of providing and receiving feedback to enhance products and services.
• Proficient with computers, including experience with web-based applications, CRM (especially Salesforce), and online collaboration tools.
• Experience in conducting in-person, phone, and online client meetings and presentations.
• Passionate and enthusiastic about legal education and student success.
• Demonstrated exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
