Regional Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Partnerships, the Regional Director is a client-facing position tasked with developing new partnerships, enhancing current relationships, and fostering high-quality program engagements.

• This role may require occasional travel (up to 40%) to attend customer meetings, conferences, and events.

• Responsible for qualifying leads, creating opportunities, and progressing them through the sales cycle.

• Ensure that educators are provided with top-notch professional learning experiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• Location: Remote (United States).

• A bachelor’s degree is mandatory (field is flexible); an advanced degree is preferred.

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience is required; a background in supervision, sales, or large-scale project leadership is preferred.

• A proven history of exceeding quota attainment of over $2 million annually.

• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Zoom, Salesforce, and collaboration tools such as Slack.
