Regional Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Create and implement sales strategies to achieve or surpass regional sales goals

• Discover new business prospects and broaden our customer base

• Collaborate with the regional sales team to guarantee a positive experience for customers

• Establish and nurture relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders

• Work alongside other departments to bolster sales initiatives

• Deliver regular updates on sales performance, market trends, and projections

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in sales within the insurance or financial services sector

• Required licenses include Series 6, 63, Life, Health, and Variable

• Additional professional designations such as CLU, ChFC, CFP, CLTC, and LUTCF are advantageous
