📋 Description

• Utilize business knowledge to effectively implement and swiftly adjust strategies to achieve operational excellence.

• Propel high performance across all initiatives, ensuring alignment within your portfolio as evaluated by company objectives and KPIs.

• Guide, nurture, coach, and motivate a collection of stores and districts to provide an exceptional experience for both customers and employees.

• Boost profitable sales through insightful business analysis; recognize financial opportunities and create action plans to tackle existing business challenges.

• Attract, cultivate, and empower a talent pipeline in alignment with the district, region, and brand talent strategy.

• Differentiate between customer segments and comprehend variations in profitability and value creation potential.

• Foster strong relationships and collaboration with peers and cross-functional partners to maximize expertise in formulating and executing strategies.

• Accountable for planning, budgeting, and end results; establish policies and strategic direction for the area/team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in leadership roles overseeing districts, multiunit operations, or high-volume businesses.

• Strong business acumen with a proven history of leading, adjusting, and developing business strategies to achieve profit and loss results.

• In-depth understanding of the marketplace, including Gap Inc brands, external competitors, and overall retail trends.

• Capability to embrace challenges, take calculated risks, learn rapidly, and influence change to drive the execution of strategic initiatives through others while balancing competing priorities.

• Willingness to travel overnight and/or between stores as necessary.
