Regional Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Provide strategic leadership for the management team within their designated region.

• Mentor all roles within their operational scope to foster high engagement and success.

• Support, reinforce, and align decisions with the distinctive culture of Barcelona Wine Bar.

• Train and manage career expectations for the management team members.

• Analyze both external and internal environments to identify potential improvements and determine how to implement those changes.

• Assume full responsibility for financial performance that directly impacts the restaurant operations in the area.

• Assess performance through both objective and subjective measures, holding direct accountability for achieving desired performance standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience overseeing at least 3 high-volume, full-service restaurants across various markets.

• Proficient in analyzing profit and loss statements and overall financial performance.

• Familiarity with Labor Laws and Compliance regulations.

• Competent in utilizing various technology systems, particularly Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Micros POS, etc.
