Regional Director, AE – Mtn West

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Guide and develop a team of Account Executives to meet and surpass revenue targets.

• Attract and maintain a strong team of Account Executives by recruiting individuals with the necessary skills and competencies, while also coaching them on sales and implementation processes.

• Oversee the complete sales cycle and provide accurate sales forecasts.

• Foster an environment of accountability while ensuring a fun work atmosphere.

• Travel regionally and nationally for field rides with team members and to attend meetings such as sales conferences, trade shows, and partnership huddles.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in selling 401k products with a proven record of success.

• 3-5 years of experience in leading frontline sales teams across various functions in the retirement services, HCM, or payroll sectors.

• Proven history of achieving and exceeding sales quotas.

• Experience in establishing relationships with CPAs, payroll providers, HR consultants, and benefits brokers.

• Tech-savvy, with experience using Salesforce CRM for managing sales processes and forecasting.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Adaptable to constant changes and competing priorities on a daily basis.

• Must reside in the Mountain West region - specifically Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico, or Colorado.
