Regional Director, Access & Reimbursement – Allergy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Attract, mentor, and retain a team of high-achieving Access & Reimbursement professionals.

• Supervise the recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training, and staffing processes for their regional team.

• Foster and cultivate a team culture that reflects NPC Values and Behaviors, promoting innovation, performance, and reputation.

• Implement national strategy at a regional level to facilitate exceptional execution.

• Proactively identify and coach teams on strategies to overcome access challenges affecting key customers and patients.

• Collaborate with NPC leadership and work with multi-functional teams to ensure a cooperative and compliant approach.

• Strive to pinpoint challenges, escalations, and/or delays in the initiation and continuation of treatment.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree; an advanced degree is preferred.

• At least 8 years of experience in reimbursement, contract strategy, managed care, sales/marketing, or related fields.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience leading a regional or local team.

• Proven experience collaborating with complex practices and/or health systems to create access and acquisition pathways.

• Experience in strategic account management with a proactive approach.

• Extensive knowledge and experience in integrating manufacturer-sponsored patient support programs.

• Familiarity with specialty products obtained through specialty pharmacy networks and via the buy-and-bill process, including expertise in acquisition, billing and coding, claims processing, and reimbursement.

• A proven history of building and inspiring teams.

• Demonstrated success in executing launch strategies and plans.

• A valid driver’s license.
