Director, Transformation – Testing & Quality Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee the enterprise transformation strategy, roadmap, milestones, and success criteria within Testing Services.

• Set transformation priorities that align with business goals, service commitments, and objectives for continuous improvement.

• Create and execute a transformation communication and change adoption strategy across delivery teams.

• Establish and apply metrics for measuring transformation success (e.g., process definitions and implementations, quality, productivity).

• Ensure that execution is in line with approved transformation plans, timelines, and quality standards.

• Track execution progress, risks, and dependencies across various programs, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary.

• Provide updates at the executive level regarding transformation progress, risks, and outcomes.

• Act as the main escalation point for risks, issues, and dependencies related to the transformation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 15 years of experience in testing, quality engineering, and technology delivery.

• Proven track record of delivering at least two large-scale transformation initiatives.

• At least 5 years of experience in Healthcare, preferably with Medicaid programs.

• Demonstrated ability to define and govern an enterprise transformation strategy.

• Strong grasp of the testing lifecycle (STLC), process definitions, and automation.

• Familiarity with ALM tools, TMMi Model, and operating model transformation.

• Experience in multi-vendor environments with well-defined RACI-based delivery models.

• Proven leadership in managing change, driving adoption, and facilitating continuous improvement.
