This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Formulate and implement both short- and long-term business strategies for designated distribution partners that align with channel KPIs.
• Assess territory opportunities, discern account requirements, and cultivate strategic relationships with key decision-makers.
• Enhance revenue by increasing product penetration, boosting parts and service sales, and uncovering new business prospects.
• Present sales pitches and offer training on products and programs.
• Observe competitive activities within the territory and deploy solution-oriented strategies to safeguard and expand market share.
• Assist with promotional initiatives and the launch of new products.
• Organize and carry out marketing efforts with designated accounts and distribution partners.
• Monitor and report on territory performance metrics to assess effectiveness and drive results.
• A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of field sales experience in two-step distribution.
• Strong negotiation capabilities with the aptitude to navigate intricate sales processes.
• Analytical mindset with the capacity to interpret and apply essential business metrics.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills suitable for diverse audiences, including senior leadership.
• Confident presentation abilities for both individual and group environments.
• Self-driven and capable of working autonomously in a field-based setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
