This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as the main contact for all regional customer marketing initiatives, collaborating with Field Marketing, Sales leadership, and Customer Success Managers to identify opportunities and prioritize programs.
• Adapt and implement central Customer Marketing initiatives in the region, which include in-person User Groups, customer stories, speaker requests, and Regional Advisory Boards.
• Create and sustain a regional pipeline of referenceable customers and advocates in collaboration with Sales and Customer Success.
• Identify, recruit, and prepare regional customer speakers for ENGAGE, regional summits, and third-party events.
• Assist with Customer Lifecycle & Retention initiatives, including onboarding, feature adoption, renewal touch points, and reactivation efforts.
• Connect regional events and programs to commercial outcomes such as expansion pipeline, executive champion activation, and reference creation.
• Provide reports on pipeline influenced, references generated, and advocate participation.
• Work alongside Community, ABM, and Customer Advocacy teams to ensure a consistent customer narrative.
• 3–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, specifically in customer marketing, customer advocacy, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated success in managing regional customer programs, such as user groups, advisory boards, customer story development, or executive engagement, with quantifiable commercial impact.
• Capability to lead projects from inception to completion with minimal oversight while managing multiple programs simultaneously.
• Strong cross-functional operating abilities and experience collaborating with Sales leaders, CSMs, and senior stakeholders in a matrix global environment.
• Exceptional storytelling skills, including the ability to identify customer narratives, coach customers, and tailor stories for sales decks, keynotes, analysts, or press releases.
• Proficiency in data literacy, which includes defining KPIs, utilizing Salesforce and marketing automation tools, and reporting on pipeline influence, reference usage, and program ROI.
• Experience in conjunction with ABM, Community, or Lifecycle Marketing functions is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel regionally for customer events, summits, and RABs, typically 20–30% of the time.
