Regional Customer Director – West

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to enhance scientific advocacy and guide strategic planning.

• Facilitate compliant, high-quality scientific exchanges that are rooted in robust disease-state knowledge.

• Gather, analyze, and disseminate insights from the field to inform brand and medical strategy.

• Lead and assist national and regional projects, ensuring effective execution tailored to local needs.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that field execution aligns with national goals.

• Represent the brand at conferences, professional organizations, and scientific events.

• Navigate complex customer environments and exert influence without formal authority.

• Utilize digital tools, CRM systems, and analytics to enhance the quality of engagement and insight generation.

• Exercise sound operational and financial judgment in managing projects and vendor relationships.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Over 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.

• Background in various functional areas such as Sales, District Sales Management, Brand Management, Market Access, Therapeutic Area Lead (TLL), Regional Marketing, or Medical Affairs.

• Demonstrated scientific expertise with the ability to participate in intricate clinical discussions.

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and achieve superior project results.

• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and influence skills without authority.

• Willingness to travel up to 50-60% of the time.
