Regional Corporate Development Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Driving the advancement of the Group’s Mergers & Acquisitions opportunity pipeline

• Fostering strategic, long-term commercial partnerships across North America

• Spearheading the sourcing and development of M&A opportunities through proactive market engagement

• Assessing potential targets for both strategic and financial alignment

• Managing initial commercial due diligence processes

• Providing high-impact insights and materials suitable for executive presentation

• Collaborating closely with Corporate Development, M&A Transactions, and cross-functional leadership teams

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification

• 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development within the energy/utilities/industrial technology sector

• Demonstrated success in leading transactions and strategic initiatives

• Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities with a comprehensive understanding of industrial technology trends

• Experience in a global setting and matrixed organization
