Regional Controller

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee all accounting functions for the U.S. region, which includes accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll accounting, expense reporting, cash management, credit card programs, and general ledger activities.

• Guide and nurture managers and subordinate teams across various functional accounting domains.

• Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes for the U.S. region, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.

• Authorize complex journal entries, estimates, and accounting judgments specific to the region.

• Develop, implement, and continuously enhance internal controls across all regional accounting procedures.

• Supervise daily cash activities and liquidity management for the region.

• Serve as the senior accounting advisor to operational and functional leaders in the U.S.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in accounting.

• Demonstrated experience in leading managers and multi-tiered teams.

• Experience managing regional or multi-entity accounting operations.

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.

• In-depth knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal control frameworks.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication capabilities.

• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
