Controller – Full-Time or Part-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee accounting relationships for a diverse portfolio of clients

• Establish robust client relationships as a trusted advisor

• Review and interpret financial statements

• Provide support and mentorship to bookkeeping teams

• Offer accounting guidance and problem-solving assistance

• Contribute to the enhancement of workflows, reporting, and operational processes

• Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains

• Collaborate on internal process improvements and technology initiatives

• Comfortable taking initiative and working independently

• Excellent communicator and relationship builder

• Adaptable and enthusiastic about learning new technologies and systems

• Interested in innovation, process enhancement, and modern accounting practices

• Organized with the capability to manage multiple priorities

• Preferred experience includes: Controller or Assistant Controller roles

• Client accounting services (CAS) experience

• Background in outsourced accounting or public accounting

• Experience managing multiple clients or entities

• Proven track record in leading accounting operations or month-end close activities

• Experience with cloud-based accounting systems is mandatory, as we utilize various platforms and value professionals who are adaptable and willing to learn new tools and technologies.
