This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Lead the regional function of accounting, consolidation, financial control, statutory compliance, auditing, reporting, and financial infrastructure for Kashio in the Americas.
• Ensure that Kashio's financial architecture scales in line with business growth, maintaining investor-grade standards, robust internal controls, automatable processes, and multi-country compliance.
• Coordinate with local accounting and tax advisors, overseeing statutory reports, tax declarations, tax planning, and transfer pricing where applicable.
• Drive improvements in ERP, automate financial processes, enhance financial data infrastructure, and integrate finance systems with operational platforms.
• Collaborate with Technology and Product teams to ensure financial systems support Kashio's evolution as an AI-enabled FinOps Platform.
• Build, develop, and lead a regional team for accounting and financial control, fostering accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the CFO and executive leadership, proposing financially sound pathways.
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in accounting, financial control, corporate finance, or financial leadership.
• Experience leading multi-country, multi-entity, and/or multi-currency financial operations.
• Background in technology companies, fintech, financial services, or high-growth enterprises.
• Expertise in financial reporting with institutional, investor, board, audit, or due diligence standards.
• Strong knowledge of accounting closures, consolidation, financial statements, internal controls, and financial governance.
• Experience coordinating statutory, tax, accounting, and local obligations with external advisors.
• Familiarity with local accounting standards and exposure to US GAAP, regional consolidation, or U.S. reporting environments.
• Proven track record in driving improvements in ERP, financial automation, accounting processes, and financial data.
• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
• CPA, CA, equivalent certification, or professional licensure is highly valued.
• An MBA or advanced business training will be considered a plus.
• AI-driven fintech work environment.
• Participation in the evolution of a regional financial operations platform driven by automation, data, and artificial intelligence.
• Key strategic role in scaling Kashio's financial architecture in the Americas.
• Direct exposure to the CFO and executive leadership.
• Impact on growth and investment through investor-grade reporting, audit readiness, and fundraising preparedness.
