This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Oversee all regional clinical support activities and programs to effectively optimize resources, enhance customer value, and provide outstanding clinical guidance.
• Collaborate with the sales team to propel key clinical support initiatives and conduct assessments through periodic business reviews that demonstrate the value of Medtronic ablation clinical support to our clients.
• Partner with regional leadership to align resources according to business priorities and the necessary clinical support demands.
• Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing EP expertise, prioritizing the understanding and implementation of expanded EP ablation solutions for customers, and fostering customer engagement.
• Work together with the sales team and other essential stakeholders to coordinate and execute strategies that meet ablation solution expansion business objectives.
• Provide continuous feedback and coaching to direct reports, conduct regular performance evaluations, and take corrective actions when required.
• Direct the regional Clinical Specialists in achieving key goals and objectives.
• Assist team members with goal setting, performance evaluations, and individual development planning (IDPs).
• Responsible for the recruitment and hiring of Clinical Specialists.
• Constantly strive to maintain a robust, diverse pool of Clinical Specialist talent for future hiring opportunities.
• Possess knowledge of national, regional, and territory sales objectives.
• Collaborate with account managers and the CAS Regional Manager to meet or exceed goals.
• Act as an effective Medtronic CAS representative to physicians and support staff regarding Medtronic CAS products, services, and support.
• Advocate for the safe and effective use of Medtronic CAS products and related procedures.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Electrophysiology (sales, clinical, etc.).
• Management experience in sales, clinical, training, or related fields.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and an active vehicle insurance policy.
• Additionally, your driving record will be reviewed and considered as part of your application.
• For degrees earned outside the United States, a degree that meets the criteria of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
