
Regional Clinical Sales Specialist – Orthopaedics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Dakota, +1 more state.
• Promote the sales of orthopedic surgical products by delivering clinical and logistical expertise in hospitals and operating rooms.
• Independently support and guide surgeons during orthopedic surgical procedures.
• Act as the sole Company representative during surgeries, providing clinical and technical assistance.
• Ensure the availability and functionality of necessary equipment.
• Address physician needs and resolve customer inquiries effectively.
• Manage hospital billing and facilitate the creation or closure of purchase orders.
• Relay insights regarding customers, procedures, and market trends to sales, clinical, marketing, and strategic account teams.
• Prepare and submit sales reports and relevant documentation.
• Offer consultation for the Operating Room and Sterile Processing Department.
• Maintain, track, and deploy equipment and assets within the designated area.
• Keep promotional materials in an appealing and presentable condition.
• Provide logistical assistance by transferring instruments, implants, and equipment between sales representatives and hospitals.
• Ensure that DePuy Synthes services and offerings adhere to quality standards.
• Bachelor’s Degree, Associate Degree, or Medical Certification (CST, PT, etc.) with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience.
• Alternatively, possess a minimum of 4 years of professional experience.
• Recently transitioned individuals from Active Military Duty are accepted as an alternative qualification.
• Willingness to travel within the U.S. as needed, including frequent overnight and/or weekend travel.
• Must reside in or be able to relocate to a geographic region designated by the Company.
• Capability to work in laboratory and operating room settings.
• Valid U.S. driver's license is required.
• Strong interpersonal communication, influencing, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in data analysis is essential.
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
• Competence in navigating a complex organizational and team environment.
• High level of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in understanding, interpreting, communicating, and operating in intricate environments.
• Functional knowledge of human anatomy and physiology is required.
• Basic understanding of surgical procedures is preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of surgical instruments, procedures, protocols, and solutions is advantageous.
