Regional Clinical Manager – Nordics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Finland.

📋 Description

• Provide specialized clinical and technical assistance for cardiac mapping systems and Cardiac Ablation Solutions during procedures and customer interactions.

• Conduct training and education sessions for physicians, hospital personnel, and Medtronic colleagues to guarantee safe and effective product usage.

• Work closely with regional sales teams to fulfill national, regional, and territory sales goals.

• Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clinical stakeholders to promote the adoption, utilization, and expansion of the CAS portfolio.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Affera Mapping Specialists, encompassing goal setting, performance management, and professional growth.

• Ensure efficient communication, conflict resolution, and compliance with regulatory, policy, and compliance standards within the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in electrophysiology, cardiac mapping, or navigation systems.

• Principal-Level Affera Mapping Specialist with at least 2 years of experience supporting the Affera Mapping System.

• Demonstrated ability to independently assist with complex electrophysiology procedures.

• Current Affera mentor certification or actively pursuing certification.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proven skills in leadership, mentoring, communication, and conflict resolution.

• Willingness to travel as necessary to meet business needs.
