Regional Clinical Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Responsible for overseeing and executing the implementation of psychotherapy clinical strategies within specific regions in collaboration with the Operations VP Dyad.

• Accountable for maintaining psychotherapy practice standards, supervision frameworks, and the quality of care as established by the National Clinical Director.

• Align clinical priorities with operational execution to facilitate sustainable performance enhancement.

• Act as the clinical escalation point for regional care quality, supervision, and risk-related issues.

• Lead the rollout of the enterprise psychotherapy clinical strategy across designated states.

• Ensure adherence to evidence-based treatment models and the standardization of clinical protocols.

• Monitor clinical quality metrics, documentation standards, and client outcomes; execute corrective action plans as needed.

• Serve as a proactive and engaged leader throughout the region, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and clinical excellence.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active, unrestricted clinical license (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD) in one or more states within the designated region.

• Eligible for licensure in multiple states (or capable of obtaining it through reciprocity).

• A minimum of 7 years of clinical experience in psychotherapy.

• At least 3 years of leadership experience managing multi-site or multi-state clinical teams.

• Proven experience in managing supervision structures and ensuring regulatory compliance.

• Strong understanding of evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Experience leading initiatives for growth, change, and performance enhancement.

• Familiarity with multi-state telehealth or hybrid care models.

• Experience in scaling clinical operations.

• Knowledge of value-based care, outcome measurement, or payer partnerships.
