This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Oversee a diverse range of responsibilities, including the leadership and management of multi-level Clinical Specialists and 1099 (independently contracted Clinical Specialists).
• Create, manage, and deliver clinical education for sales teams, clinical specialists, marketing personnel, surgeons, 1099 case coverage individuals, and operating room staff.
• Address case coverage needs and support the development of the clinical team, its customers, and Sales team members to achieve procedural independence.
• Collaborate across functions with Quality, Regulatory, Marketing, and R&D to formulate clinical education related to new product development.
• Provide New Hire Training and assist in creating pre and on-site training materials for new hires.
• Ensure and manage clinical competence through case sign-off following new hire training.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Over 5 years of clinical professional training or experience in operating rooms and surgical environments.
• Proven clinical expertise in relation to surgical devices, with a preference for urology experience.
• Strong professional work ethic, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to perform independently at high levels.
• Willingness to travel 90%, including overnight trips.
• Ability to meet vendor credentialing requirements and manage credentialing needs at various sites.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and experience in training surgeons in the operating room, as well as collaborating with Sales onboarding.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
• Capable of managing, editing, and developing surgical videos and additional training materials as required.
• Compliance with all relevant county, state, and federal regulations concerning vaccinations.
• Possession of a valid driver's license from the state of residence along with a clean driving record.
• Competitive salary with an attractive base of $180,000.
• $35,000 variable bonus.
• Annual car allowance of $9,600.
