• Responsibilities for staff management including the recruitment, hiring, training, and oversight of a team of Clinical Specialists and 1099 Case Coverage personnel.
• Oversee the daily deployment of these individuals to optimize efficiency and achieve outstanding clinical outcomes.
• Conduct quarterly assessments and performance reviews.
• Perform quarterly field visits to mentor and enhance clinical skills and professional development.
• Ensure and oversee clinical competency, including case sign-off and post-training evaluations for new hires.
• Assist in the creation and delivery of pre- and on-site training materials for new employees, along with follow-up activities to support independent operational status.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to undertake case coverage assignments whenever a clinical or cross-regional/divisional need arises.
• Work closely with the Sales team to provide clinical deliverables to clients that improve clinical outcomes and strengthen business relationships.
• Engage in laboratory discussions focused on design modifications and assessing potential product enhancements.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• More than 5 years of professional clinical training or experience in surgical settings.
• Proven clinical expertise in surgical devices and preferred experience in urology.
• Strong professional work ethic, excellent organizational capabilities, and the ability to operate independently at a high level.
• Willingness to travel up to 90%, including overnight trips.
• Comply with vendor credentialing requirements and manage vendor credentialing processes at various sites.
• Strong interpersonal skills and experience in training surgeons in the operating room, as well as collaborating with Sales for onboarding.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
• Capable of managing, editing, and developing surgical videos and other training resources as necessary.
• Adhere to applicable county, state, and federal regulations regarding vaccinations.
• Hold a valid driver's license from the state of residence and maintain a clean driving record.
• Ability to travel up to 90%, including overnight stays as required.
• Competitive salary with a generous base of $180,000, a variable bonus of $35,000, a $9,600 car allowance, and an $1,800 allowance for cell phone/internet expenses annually.
