Regional Clinical Compliance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Accountable for maintaining strong oversight of clinical trial adherence at both the country and site levels.

• Act as the main liaison for country teams concerning GCP standards.

• Evaluate and validate initial risks specific to countries and sites.

• Share identified trends at the country and site levels to promote continuous enhancement.

• Perform compliance visits at designated high-risk sites.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA or equivalent) or higher in a scientific, medical, or healthcare field.

• At least 5 years of progressively responsible experience in clinical operations positions.

• A minimum of 4 years’ experience in a GCP compliance or similar role (such as quality) is preferred.

• Experience in global oncology trials is advantageous.

• Proficient written and verbal communication skills in both English and Italian.
