Director, Quality Systems – Digital Compliance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide strategic leadership and governance by spearheading and nurturing a global, cross-functional organization.

• Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of a quality management system (QMS).

• Drive digital transformation and system architecture to ensure a contemporary system architecture and select cutting-edge eQMS solutions.

• Manage data integrity governance and the CSV strategy to ensure compliance.

• Foster stakeholder engagement and enhance company culture by encouraging collaboration across departments and implementing training programs focused on quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master’s degree in a natural science field (Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, etc.).

• More than 10 years of experience working within complex, global frameworks of a ‘Big Pharma’ organization.

• Over 10 years of experience in both disciplinary and functional leadership of large, internationally dispersed teams.

• Comprehensive understanding of QMS design and eQMS platforms (e.g., Veeva, TrackWise, or equivalent).

• Proficient in both German and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
