Compliance Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Perform risk-based integrity and Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption (ABAC) due diligence assessments.

• Gather, review, and analyze data from public records and various information sources.

• Record due diligence findings and suggestions for management evaluation.

• Assist in enhanced due diligence, investigations, and remediation activities.

• Help maintain records related to third-party risks.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders for onboarding and compliance needs.

• Facilitate the management of screening tools and compliance systems.

• Create and evaluate operational metrics and reports.

• Develop procedures, training materials, and knowledge resources.

• Work in partnership with regional and global compliance teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities.

• Background in Compliance, Third-Party Risk Management, Due Diligence, Audit, or a similar field.

• Understanding of anti-bribery and corruption concepts.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Capability to handle multiple priorities independently.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools, especially Excel and Power BI.
