This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as a liaison between partners, customers, and various internal teams to guarantee the timely and successful implementation of Vonage solutions based on customer requirements.

• Lead and oversee effective sales/channel marketing initiatives and events.

• Organize and present product and/or service demonstrations and other strategies to enhance sales performance.

• Implement cross-selling and upselling techniques grounded in a comprehensive understanding of customer and business needs.

• Explore new channels beyond immediate objectives to create opportunities for Vonage within the Contact Center and Unified Communications sectors.

• Support and facilitate the closing of opportunities, sales training, field sales assistance, and follow-up with customers post-sale.

• Drive efforts to engage new agent partners for Vonage (including value-added resellers, MSPs, and telecom agents) through cold calling, networking, referrals, and telemarketing.

• Manage the indirect sales process from the initiation of relationships through to installation.

• Assist existing partners with revenue-generating initiatives, such as webinars, conference calls, and lunch-and-learn sessions. Recruit new partners in your region through various sales activities, events, webinars, and more.

• Process requests for move, add, change, and disconnect services; resolve issues escalated by team members.

• Utilize established metrics and dashboards to evaluate the effectiveness of channel marketing/sales efforts, new product launches, and overall performance.

• Create progress reports and project status updates for management.

• Monitor daily activities and monthly outcomes to meet assigned minimum sales targets.

• May provide informal mentoring to less experienced team members.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• Demonstrated prior experience in a Channel Sales or similar role.
