This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with reseller and distribution partners to secure and expand new business opportunities across all vertical markets.

• Build and nurture strong business relationships with key decision-makers at both end-user and partner accounts.

• Develop and implement account plans, consistently exceeding targets and quotas.

• Act as the primary point of contact for regional partners, addressing issues and conflicts while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

• Oversee pipeline management, forecasting, and market fund development activities to enhance regional brand visibility.

• Engage directly with resellers, distributors, and end customers.

• Work collaboratively across sales, marketing, operations, and finance to ensure partner success and achieve objectives.

• Lead quarterly business reviews with partners and track performance metrics.

• Provide training to partner sales and technical teams on Promethean’s comprehensive product and solutions portfolio.


⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in outside sales within the technology hardware and software sectors.

• Direct experience and a solid understanding of A/V technology integration partners.

• Comprehensive knowledge of sales enablement, pipeline generation, and value-based partner engagement.

• A background in business is preferred, along with strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to analyze data and address sales objections.

• Must possess the ability to deliver professional and persuasive presentations, communicate effectively to both small and large audiences, and demonstrate excellent time management skills.

• Familiarity with Salesforce, partner portals, and performance dashboards is essential.

• Highly organized, with exceptional time management skills, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%, including overnight stays.

• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
