Regional Business & Program Development Manager – LatAm

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Perform research on labor market conditions

• Evaluate employment trends and salary comparisons

• Oversee outreach and engagement with employers

• Coordinate timelines, milestones, and cross-functional efforts

• Establish success metrics and monitor program outcomes

⛳️ Requirements

• 6–10+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, business development, or program development

• Proven track record in developing business cases and managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects

• Experience in engaging with employers, HR leaders, hiring managers, or industry stakeholders

• Experience working in multiple countries across Latin America is highly preferred

• Proficient in English and Spanish (mandatory); Portuguese is a plus
